Come take a stroll around the Clifton Business District as local art enthusiasts transform the sidewalks and streets into works of art, proving that sidewalk chalk isn’t just for the kids’ scribbles.

There will be live music, a biergarten, works of chalk art and artisan booths all weekend long.

If you feel like testing out your own aptitude for art, you’re invited to join in painting the windows of Ludlow’s infamous IGA-in-limbo. For those who are more athletic than artistic, CliftonFest will host a 5k around Clifton’s Gaslight District on Sunday.

7-11 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday; 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday. Free. Ludlow Avenue, Clifton, cliftoncommunity.org.
