A Tornado Watch for some Tri-State counties has expired.
The National Weather Service issued the tornado watch for Bracken, Grant, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson counties in Kentucky. The NWS also issued a tornado watch for Adams, Brown, Clermont, Highland, Pike, Ross and Scioto counties in Ohio.
The watches expired at noon.
A severe thunderstorm warning expired for Campbell, Grant, Owen and Pendleton counties in Kentucky and Clermont and Hamilton counties in Ohio. The warning expired at 6:15 a.m.
While many other Tri-State counties are not under the tornado watch, they are experiencing high winds, rain and storms. Duke Energy crews are anticipating power outages as a result of the storms. To read the full forecast, go to wcpo.com/forecast .
