Small Business Administration and Ohio Individual Assistance Program workers set up a small trailer in the Village of Moscow Tuesday to help those impacted by the March 2 tornadoes fill out paper work and apply for low interest loans and state grants.

Loans can be taken out by insured or uninsured homeowners or renters to assist with home and automobile repairs or replacement. The aid is also good for purchasing personal property items like furniture and appliances lost during the storm.

Ronald Skeene says there has been a lot of help but financial help has been slow and he needs help getting things for his home. "Furniture, clothes, beds, furniture in general," Skeene said.

While the state and federal governments continue to work with Clermont residents, folks from as far away as Massachusetts have been showing up to lend a helping hand. Carrie Pykett and her two kids drove all the way from the Boston area to bring more disaster supplies.  Pykett said the children wanted to spend their spring break helping others.

If you live in Clermont County and want to apply for SBA loans and state grants, you can go to the Village of Moscow and apply through Saturday, April 21.  The hours are Tuesday April 17 - Friday, April 20,  11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday's hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  For additional information call 1-800-659-2955 or contact SBA.GOV
