Random Thoughts So Break Out The Three Dot...

Time once again for a bit of three dot journalism a la Herb Caen .

…Busy Weekend! Went to the game over the weekend & it was painful to watch Aroldis Chapman. 23 pitches and 18 for balls! Ouch! As a father of a pitcher in college, I felt bad for the kid.

…By the way, the “DL” for Chapman? Do you think we just fell off the turnip truck?

…The first great steak that I ever had was at The Precinct back in 1986! Took the fam to The Precinct on Saturday night. Man, how do they do it? Quality has never changed. Love the porterhouse & my son was in heaven. It’s a bit better than the Sizzler, he’s used to. LOL Julie had the fish, my girls had the Fettucini and smiled the whole way. If you see Mike in there, tell’em I said hi. Nice guy!

…Out Saturday really to go to Cirque’s “Ovo”. Now, I’m not a very artsy guy. My idea of art is Poker dogs on velvet, but the show was terrific. The athleticism involved appealed to my son and I and the girls loved the, well, other stuff. It’s done at Coney Island, here are the other cities .

…Wondering why I always bag Clyde & Scott on Chilli Nite. We usually head out after the show on Mondays. Is there anything really better than a well made Coney! Sometimes DJ “The Silver Fox” comes along & makes it better.

…Carson really gone. Still was thinking this was a ploy. House has an offer on it according to DJ who broke the story!

…Love the tequila commercial with Michael Imperioli. Ooops!

…A shout out to the undefeated Cincinnati Commandos. The “8-0” guys are always fun to watch and don’t break the bank. They’re home this Saturday nite! Almost all local kids.Check out the roster

…Can’t believe that I saw “Thor” and liked it. Fun popcorn movie is #1 again this week. $119 million in just 14 days. WOW!

…Let me say it for all of us—“ENOUGH MOTHER NATURE!”

…I know, my wife has something cooking for my “Zero” birthday on June 22nd but she won’t tell me. Not a big “SURPRISE” guy. Oddly enough, don’t like the center of attention!

…I don’t like “YAP” dogs. But, now we own one. The other two-Razzle & Dazzle- don’t seem to like it either. We’ll all get used to him and love the little guy too.

…Missing my mom & dad. I’m very blesed to still have them with me and need to see’em.

…Tired of living with high gas prices. Won't someone or something stop the oil companies from nailing us!

...Giving up on Apple. Have a MacBook Pro & iPhone but sick & tired of not having flash. Goodbye iPhone, Hello Droid . Looking heavy at the Motorola Atrix. Any reason not to go there?

...Finally, Could I be any happier that the Red Sox swept "The Evil Empire"? Let me check...NO! Georgie refuses to drop & AROD at .242. Life is good!
