CINCINNATI - As temperatures continue to drop to the single digits this week, AAA reports more motorists are having issues with their car's battery.
AAA typically receives about 600 calls on a typical Tuesday, but the company says dead batteries are the most common problems these days.
The average life of a battery is 3-5 years, but factors like driving conditions, climate and lack of maintenance can have damaging effects. AAA has provided some tips on how to troubleshoot battery issues before you leave your driveway.
If your vehicle exhibits any of these behaviors, have your battery tested by a certified technician.
