Below is a list of reported traffic incidents in the Tri-State area:

Other roadways: Accident now clear--  Several people were injured after a serious two-vehicle crash in the 8000 block of SR 46 in Dearborn County, Indiana. The crash happened at about 6 a.m. and a medical helicopter responded to the scene and landed at East Central High School, located at 1 Trojan Place in St. Leon.

Officials say there are injuries from the accident, but they have not yet released information about the extent of those injuries. An ambulance transported two people to an area hospital, but officials have not released information about their injuries or how many people were transported by the medical helicopter.

Other traffic information: ODOT First in Nation to Use Green Strobe Lights on Snowplow Trucks-- The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is hard at work readying its snow-fighting equipment and its 3,000 snowplow drivers for the upcoming snow and ice season.

Over the next several weeks, ODOT District 8 will conduct 150-point inspections, test, and fine-tune snow removal equipment as part of county-by-county Operational Readiness events.

New this year, ODOT will battle rear-end crashes as well as snow and ice thanks to the addition of green and white strobe lights to its existing amber lights. The color combination has been proven more visible than amber lights alone.
