Five people are hospitalized after a multiple-vehicle crash in Ft. Wright at Old Kentucky 17 and Madison Pike.
Officials say an accident occurred near the intersection and when a driver got out of the vehicle to check on the crash, another vehicle struck the walking driver.
Emergency crews transported five people to an area hospital, one of whom was flown by a medical helicopter.
