Cincinnati traffic: Friday's delays

Below is a list of reported traffic incidents in the Tri-State area:

Interstate 75 in Ohio: Slow traffic--SB at Ronald Reagan.

Interstate 71 in Ohio: No reported accidents

Interstate 71/75 in Ky.: Slow traffic-- NB from I-275 to river

Interstate 74 in Ohio/Ind.: No reported accidents

Interstate 275 in Ohio: No reported accidents

Interstate 275 in Ky.: No reported accidents

Interstate 471: No reported accidents

Columbia Parkway: No reported accidents

Other roadways: Pleasant Valley Road Reconstruction Project-- The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced that on Friday, Nov. 30, Saturday, Dec. 1, and Sunday, Dec. 2 road construction will continue along Pleasant Valley Road, U.S. 42, and Gunpowder Road as a part of the Pleasant Valley Road (KY 237) reconstruction project.

Motorist should expect traffic delays during this time. Police officers will be on hand to assist with traffic on Pleasant Valley Road and U.S. 42 during these times.

Below is a closer look at the schedule:

Paving work will occur along Pleasant Valley Road and Gunpowder on Friday, Nov.r 30 and Saturday, Dec. 1.

Paving work will occur along U.S. 42 during the evenings of Friday, Nov. 30 and Saturday, Dec. 1 as well as paving on U.S. 42 on Sunday, Dec. 2.

No through traffic will be permitted along Old Toll Road while paving and curb work occurs along the lower (west portion) of Old Toll Road near Pleasant Valley Road. Businesses along Old Toll Road will remain open throughout construction.

Road closures downtown this weekend-- Scheduled load testing and analysis will take place on Second Street on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012.

In order to perform the tests, Second Street will be closed east of Main Street on Dec. 2 at 11 a.m. and remain closed until approximately 3 p.m.
