Two major crashes on I-275 and I-75 will hamper your commute throughout Monday evening, and we're On Your Side with a few ways to best avoid the traffic mess the crashes are causing.
More than 70 vehicles were involved in a crash on I-275 at Colerain Avenue. Here is the best way around the area affected by the pile-up:
If you're heading southbound/westbound on I-275 – Get off at southbound I-75 until you get to the Galbraith Road exit. Take that exit toward the signs for westbound Ronald Reagan Highway, taking that road until you meet back up at I-275.
If you're heading on eastbound/northbound I-275 – The roadway has reopened in this direction and is moving smoothly.

I-75 also saw a 50-vehicle pile-up in Middletown Monday morning. Northbound I-75 is clear, and all lanes of southbound I-75 re-opened mid-afternoon on Monday, and traffic has returned to normal.
Note: Due to the high volume of drivers seeking to avoid the obstructed routes, these solutions will still likely see significant traffic, but they are better solutions than that of trying to wait out the traffic on I-275 and I-75 near the accidents.
