COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Gas prices in Ohio have edged up just slightly in the past week.

The average price for a gallon of regular gas was $3.76 in Monday's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That's about 2 cents more than a week ago.

Ohio motorists have seen continuously rising prices this summer due to problems with refineries and pipelines in the West Coast and Midwest.

The average gas price in Ohio is 27 cents more than a month ago.

Nationally, the average price for regular gas is about $3.75 -- 3 cents higher than last week. The national average last year at this time was about $3.60.
