BROOKSVILLE, Ky-Grant County traveled to Bracken County Thursday night, with the hope of winning two in a row.  Sophomore guard, Tyler Carr, led all scorers with 22 points, and senior guard, Trevor Hunt, had another double-double with 10 boards and 17 points.  Ben Shipp added 14 to help seal the victory.

Bracken County's senior guard, Ray Austin, had 15 points and teammate Grant Crawford added 11.

The difference for the night was, GC shot the ball 14 more times from the field and turned the ball over five fewer times.

The Braves defense helped its struggling offense.  GC shot 39 percent from the field and was lifted, because of its 40 defensive rebounds and 14 steals.  While GC's Mark Coleman did not score any points on the night, he accounted for five steals.

Bracken County dropped to 9-13 and Grant County improved to 12-8.
