CINCINNATI - The motor didn’t get going until late in the first quarter but once it got started Bishop Chatard overpowered Greensburg en route to their 12th straight Regional championship.

The Trojans scored 49 unanswered points after Riley Billieu knocked down a 40-yard field goal to give Greensburg a 3-0 advantage eight minutes into the contest.

Running back Alex Kimack ran for 236 yards and three touchdowns for the victors. Chatard picked up 352 yards on the ground. The 49 points that Greensburg allowed was more than they gave up in their previous six tilts combined.

Derek Chambers scored the lone Greensburg touchdown late in the fourth quarter and ended up with 46 yards rushing on the night. Ryan Martin led the teams with 54 yards on the ground. The 10 wins on the season matched a program best by the Pirates. Greensburg reached double-digits in wins back in 2006.
