TAYLOR MILL, Ky-SCPA of Cincinnati dominated the first half of the championship game in the Cougar Classic at Calvary Christian.
At the end of the first quarter, SCPA was up by 14-3. Heritage Academy, though, went on an 18 to 6 run in the second quarter to get within six points, before SCPA added two more baskets to go in at half-time with an eight point lead.

Heritage Academy's junior guard, Jeff Reno, hit four three pointers as part of his 16 points for the night and named to the All Tournament Team.
SCPA's David Deutsch was name the MVP, he had 13 points, and teammate Mikhale Buck was the games leading scorer with 18.
In the second half HA got within five points at 31-36, but SCPA pulled away and won the title of the Cougar Classic.
