PHILADELPHIA - The Cincinnati Bengals moved closer to securing a playoff spot Thursday night when they beat the struggling Philadelphia Eagles.
The Bengals (7-6), which lost to the Cowboys on a last-second field goal Sunday, kept the Eagles (4-9) from winning their second straight game. The Andy Reid-led club notched its first victory in nearly two months Sunday when it knocked off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
