CINCINNATI - After narrowing his list down to three schools last week, St. Xavier wide receiver/athlete Trey Kilgore decided on Michigan State as he verbally committed to the Spartans on Monday.
Boston College and Iowa were also finalists from a list of offers that included 13 schools, including Cincinnati and Kentucky.
The 6-foot-2, 183-pounder was one of the Tri-State's most prolific playmakers in 2011. He enters his senior season with 69 receptions, 756 receiving yards, 969 all-purpose yards and eight total touchdowns.
