CINCINNATI - The Reds will sell 1,500 Opening Day tickets on Saturday, March 23 at 9 a.m. at the Great American Ball Park ticket windows only.
The tickets to the April 1 game against the Los Angeles Angels (4:10 pm) are limited to 1,000 View Level and 500 Standing Room Only.
Tickets are $32 for View Level and $20 for Standing Room Only.
There is a limit of four tickets per person. Cash and major credit cards will be accepted.
“Opening Day has many traditions, including fans being able to buy tickets at the box office for this first game of the season,” said Phil Castellini, Chief Operating Officer of the Reds.
Last year’s tickets sold out in less than one hour. The Opening Day ticket sale will happen rain or shine.
Due to construction on CrosleyTerrace, fans will not be permitted to form a line for tickets prior to Friday, March 22 at 9 a.m.
Great American Ball Park does not allow alcoholic beverages to be brought on the property and violators of this rule will be asked to leave.
