SPARTA, Ky. - It's a weekend of thrills at Kentucky Speedway.

On Friday, Sept. 3, you can watch the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race in the "Built Ford Tough 225 presented by the Greater Cincinnati Ford Dealers."

Stick around, because on Saturday the Speedway features a doubleheader race day that begins with the Firestone Indy Lights "Drive Smart. Buckle Up Kentucky 100".

It concludes with a 300-mile IZOD IndyCar Series battle that will feature defending Kentucky Speedway race champion Ryan Briscoe along with Danica Patrick, Marco Andretti, Helio Castroneves and Ed Carpenter among others.

Last year, Briscoe took a thrilling 0.0162 of second victory over Carpenter that ranks as the all-time second-closest finish in Kentucky Speedway history.

Country music's Diamond Rio will perform in the Turn 1 Concourse Sept. 4.

For tickets, phone (888) 652-RACE (7223). The track Fan Center is located off of Interstate 71, exit 57 and KY 35 north, in Sparta, Ky.
