CINCINNATI - The World Choir Games will be here before you know it, but before the big event the mascots are headed to the big city.
The mascot, Whirl is heading to New York City for a national televised appearance Friday morning.
Tickets go on sale for The World Choir Games on March 1.
All of the events will be held July 2012. So far, more than 320 choirs from 43 countries.
Cincinnati is the first U.S. city to host the games.
