Video of alleged abuse by officer being reviewed

NORWOOD, Ohio - Surveillance video taken inside the Norwood Police Department is being reviewed by a special prosecutor assigned to investigate a case of alleged misconduct by a Norwood police officer.

Norwood police officer Robert Ward is accused of assaulting a woman in handcuffs-- allegedly breaking her arm.

The investigation by the special prosecutor from Columbus, Ohio is ongoing.
