COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio motorists will see gas prices holding steady as they begin a new work week.
The average price for a gallon of regular gas in the state was $3.72 in Monday's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That's just a penny higher than a week ago.
Prices at the pump have dropped in the past few weeks after several factors pushed them to near the $4 mark last month. A month ago, the average gas price in Ohio was $3.89.
This time last year, the Ohio average was $3.22.
The national average Monday was $3.78, down 3 cents from a week ago.
