COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Police have charged a 45-year-old man with public indecency for riding a bicycle naked through a park in downtown Columbus.

Paul James Donahue was arrested just before 1 p.m. Monday after police received a report of a man riding naked in North Bank Park.

A witness told police the cyclist rode by a woman walking in the park.
