CLEVELAND - Cleveland police are looking for a 32-year-old man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a Labrador mix with an arrow.

The investigation by Cleveland police led them to issue a warrant for cruelty to animals for Matthew Jones.

The owner of the dog, Ricardo Reinoso, said he let Henry outside briefly Saturday around 5 p.m. to go to the bathroom. Next thing he knew, Henry jumped the fence. Reinoso tried to follow.

"I just hear a horrible noise. He comes running and there's blood in his mouth. I thought he got an animal."

The Labrador-terrier mix was shot with a bow and arrow and died in Reinoso's arms while in the driveway of their Burger Avenue home in Old Brooklyn.

"It literally felt like watching one of my best friends bleed to death," Reinoso explained. All he wants is an answer as to why a crossbow was used on a two-and-a-half year old dog.
