CINCINNATI - Inside the gates of Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum , American flags line the roads as part of the inaugural Flags of Honor display in honor of Veterans Day.

There are plaques with photos that identify veterans past and present at the base of flags. The veterans are living and deceased. They do not have to be buried at Spring Grove.

The flags will be on display through Monday, Nov. 19.

There is a $25 fee annually for folks who want to enroll a veteran in the program. The proceeds are divided equally between Tri-State Honor Flight and the Spring Grove Heritage Foundation.
