Police say they discovered automatic weapons in a vehicle Wednesday afternoon near a Westwood Family Dollar after receiving a tip.

The weapons were discovered around 3:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Harrison Avenue.

Officials say a witness saw a woman and a man with a few weapons inside a vehicle. Authorities were tipped off about the weapons, and eventually located the vehicle near the Family Dollar.

Darrell Harrison, 34, and Belinda Clack, 46, were arrested after authorities discovered and seized at least two automatic weapons in the vehicle. Officials say the pair also had illegal drugs.

The pair were charged with possession of drugs and trafficking of drugs.
