Man shot last September in Westwood dies from injuries

CINCINNATI - A man who was shot last September has died from injuries, according to Cincinnati police.
The shooting took place on Sept. 12, 2012 around 7:15 p.m. in the 1900 block of Westwood Northern Boulevard.
Officers found Rapheal Kelly, 22, suffering from gunshot wounds and transported him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with critical injuries.
Kelly died from gunshot wounds on Jan. 29, 2013.
Police say the incident remains under investigation by the Homicide Unit and District Three police. No suspects have been arrested at this time.
