CINCINNATI - A man is in custody after SWAT worked to get him out of an East Price Hill home Thursday morning.

Police arrested 34-year-old Ben Kinney at about 9:50 a.m. in the 3100 block of West 8th Street after he refused to leave a residence. He was in an apartment with four other people for about an hour.

Kinney was wanted on a two-year-old warrant.

Roads are shut down in the area and SWAT is still on the scene.

Officials have not yet released any additional details at this time.
