CINCINNATI - There is one community that says home prices have gone up, even though most home prices have dropped around the country.

The Executive Director of Price Hill Will, Ken Smith, says the organization has noticed the trend in Price Hill.

Smith says the homes have really held their values in the last year.

"Home prices in Price Hill rose for 12 consecutive months before the tax-credit expired and they bounced back after one month," said Matt Strauss, Director of Marketing for Price Hill Will.

Price Hill Will is hosting the 5th Price Hill Showcase of Homes.

There are over 30 homes open for tours during the event which takes place Saturday, September 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Visitors can also pick up a map of the homes open during the open house at Price Hill Will's office located at 3724 St. Lawrence Avenue.
