CINCINNATI - Police are searching for a clumsy suspect who robbed a Price Hill gas station early Monday morning.
Officials say a male suspect robbed the Speedway located at 2857 River Road around 1:30 a.m. As the suspect fled the scene, he tripped on a stump and dropped a gun and cash.
An off-duty police officer saw the name trip and, while the officer didn’t have his gun, proceeded to follow the suspect for a short distance. Additional crews responded to the scene, but the suspect managed to escape.
K-9 unites responded to the scene to try and find the suspect, but they have not yet located him.
The suspect wore a white T-shirt on a his head and black shorts at the time of the robbery.
Officials have not released any additional details about the robbery at this time or how much the suspect stole from the gas station.
