CINCINNATI - A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital early Monday morning after being involved in a crash in East Price Hill.
The driver was traveling eastbound on Elberon Avenue near Mt. Hope Avnuen, hit a rail and then flipped over it around 12:20 a.m., according to officials. Another driver passing by saw the motorcycle in the middle of the road without a driver and called 911.
Police blocked off Elberon Avenue while they investigated the crash and transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital. Authorities have not released information about the motorcyclist's condition.
Officials have not released any additional details about the crash at this time, including the motorcyclist's identity. Police are investigating to determine what led to the crash.
