NORTHGATE, Ohio - A Northgate man was arrested Saturday on charges of sexual conduct with a minor.
According to Hamilton County court records, Michael Goodson, 18, of Cincinnati knowingly engaged in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl in the kitchen of a house located on Storm Drive in Northgate on Thursday.
Police say Goodson knew the victim was only 15 at the time of the offense.
Goodson was being held in the Hamilton County Jail.
