HARRISON, Ohio - A truck pulling a horse trailer has slid off Interstate 74 near Harrison, and gone partially over a guard rail. The mishap occurred at about 12:08 p.m.

The truck is on the westbound ramp from I-74 to New Haven Road, exit 1. The trailer is occupied by a race horse.

Reports from the scene indicate everyone has been removed from the vehicles, which appear to have slid on a patch of so-called "black ice." There's no word yet on whether anyone was injured, including the horse.
