NORTH FAIRMOUNT, Ohio - A Colerain Township man will face a judge Monday morning after causing a tense scene in North Fairmount over the weekend.

Police say 23-year-old Robert Taylor kicked in the door to a woman’s home on Ninann Court Saturday and hit her in the face.

According to court documents, Taylor also threatened the woman with a gun and would not allow her to leave the home.

When officers arrived to the scene Taylor refused to surrender, causing a SWAT standoff.

He is facing one count of aggravated burglary and one count of abduction.
