CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police say a war of words turned criminal after a man used a Taser and stunned a victim three times.

James Depue, 52, lives in the apartment complex in the 6000 block of Gracely Drive in Sayler Park.

Depue is charged with misdemeanor assault after his arrest Sunday night.

Police have not released any additional information about the incident including information about the victim's identity or condition.
