BROMLEY, Ky. - Two men are in trouble with the law after allegedly breaking in to two homes early Wednesday morning in Northern Kentucky.
Police say two men tried to enter a home around 2:45 a.m. on Short Street. A resident of the home heard the suspects try to get into the home through the screen door and he called 911.
The two suspects were allegedly looking to beat someone up and they had the wrong home. The pair then went across the street to the home they intended to go to and found the man they were looking for.
Police say the suspects cut a man inside that home with a box cutter, but were injured themselves when another man in the second home attacked the suspects with a golf club.
When officers arrived, they used a taser to subdue one of the suspects while the man with the golf club subdued the other.
Both suspects and the cutting victim were taken to the hospital. Their names and conditions have not been released.
