CINCINNATI - The Stray Animal Adoption Program has several opportunities for you to meet their pets during the month of September.
Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m and Sunday from Noon to 3 p.m., they will be at the Western Hills PetSmart on Ferguson Road.
You can also catch them at the Florence PetSmart on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Hansel Road and on the first Saturday of the month at the Colerain PetSmart.
This weekend they will be making a stop at the Alexandria Fair and Horse Show. There will be a booth set up through September 6 and you can stop by to volunteer, meet the pets, and try your chance at the raffle baskets.
Next weekend, SAAP will be at the Harvest Home Fair September 10-12. Don't miss the chance to enter your own dog in the 2nd Annual Harvest Home Fair 5K Dog Walk on Sunday, September 12 .
The Beach Water Park is hosting Dog Days on Sunday, September 12 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Meet the adoptees of the SAAP and bring your own four legged friend to swim.
Stray Animal Adoption Program volunteer Bob Howard brought two dogs on Good Morning Tri-State Saturday for Pet Pals. Buffy and Jack London are available for adoption and are "ready to go". This means they are up-to-date on their vacciness, micro-chipped and have been tested for heart-worm.
Since Buffy and Jack London currently live in foster homes, each of these two dogs come with instructions on their living style and behavioral traits. This is true of all of the dogs and cats from the Stray Animal Adoption Program.
