Kenton County schools to make changes to busing services

The Kenton County school board voted Monday night to change how it manages busing.
The district plans to hire Transportation Strategies, LLC to manage the buses on a daily basis, ensure all safety standards are met and advise the board on transportation issues.
The district says the deal will save it hundreds of thousands of dollars on busing.
Assistant Superintendent Dr. Kim Banta said no jobs will be lost as a result of the change.
