INDEPENDENCE, KY. - Fire crews battled a blaze on Monday afternoon that consumed a house on Independence Road.
The fire broke out around 1 p.m. Multiple fire departments responded to the call. It is unclear who called in to report the fire.
The house appears to be a total loss, according to authorities. It is not known who owns the home, or the cause of the fire, at this time.
