N.Ky. man accused of molesting 11-year-old girl

FLORENCE, Ky. - A Northern Kentucky man is facing several charges for allegedly molesting an 11-year-old girl who was entrusted in his care.
Corey Nida, 25, was arrested by Boone County sheriff's deputies at his home near Florence on Tuesday. He is charged with rape, sexual abuse and sodomy.
Investigators say the abuse occurred over the last six months.
Nida remains at the Boone County Detention Center.
Sexual abuse is punishable by 5-10 years in prison. Rape and sodomy are each punishable by 20-50 years in prison.
