Florence police: Man filmed girlfriend's teen daughter showering

BURLINGTON, Ky. - A trial was continued for a Florence man accused of filming his girlfriend's underage daughter while she was in the shower.

Jarad Sizemore will be appeared in front of a judge at the Boone County courthouse for his pre-trial conference, but his trial was continued until December.

The 36-year-old is facing one count of video voyeurism.

Florence police say Sizemore allegedly recorded his girlfriend's 14-year-old daughter while she was taking a shower. The teen's mother contacted police when she became aware of the incident. Police say it allegedly happened in May, and Sizemore was arrested in July.

Video voyeurism is a charge that's only 10 years old in Kentucky. The charge is a Class D Felony that comes with a punishment of one to five years in prison.
