COVINGTON, Ky. - The mother of missing teenager Paige Johnson says a new Covington ordinance is keeping her from putting up signs with her daughter's face on them.
Donna Johnson tells 9 News the posters she had placed on poles have been taken down.
The Covington City Manager's Office says to the best of their knowledge, no one was instructed to remove the posters. However, they are aware that some posters have been removed.
Paige Johnson has been missing since September 2010.
