COVINGTON, Ky. - Fire crews responded to a house fire in Covington early Monday morning.

Covington firefighters defensively fought a fully engulfed home at approximately 2 a.m. Monday in the 3100 block of Sugar Camp Road.

Officials said the house is occupied, but no one was home during the fire and no injuries have been reported.

The house is considered a total loss.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
