COVINGTON, Ky. - A Kenton County Judge has determined the man last seen with a missing Covington teen mom violated his parole.
At Wednesday's hearing, the judge determined Jacob Bumpass made at least two violations, use of a controlled substance (marijuana) and use of alcohol.
The judge will send her recommendation to the parole board in Frankfort.
The parole board will then set a separate hearing to determine whether to revoke Bumpass' parole.
"Today, probation and parole called witnesses to substantiate the claims. The administrative law judge found probable cause and is going to waive it on to the parole revocation hearing," said Todd Henson from the Kentucky Department of Corrections.
Bumpass was the last person seen with Paige Johnson, 17, before her disappearance September 23, 2010.
Bumpass has not been charged in that case.
