Food trucks invade Covington Thursday

COVINGTON, Ky. - If you're looking for a good place to grab lunch on Thursday, head to Covington where food trucks will offer many options.
A Food Truck Invasion will take place at Covington Landing from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m on Thursday. A group of mobile food vendors will be on site selling everything from tacos to pizza, candy, coffee and more.
Earlier this year, the City Commission approved the food truck operations in the Covington area. Similar events in Covington in July and August have been successful and helped promote local businesses.
