ALEXANDRIA, Ky. - It is all about preparing students at Campbell County schools for college and a career.
“Operation Preparation” is a program aimed at ensuring every student is prepared for success.
The school district is looking for college and/or career mentors for students in eighth through tenth grade.
"We are really excited in Campbell County, to be expanding the commissioner’s charge, ‘Operation Preparation.’ And, what that is, the commissioner of education has charged every district in Kentucky, to get mentors--college and career mentors to come and talk with our students," said Associate Superintendent of Campbell County schools Shelli Wilson.
Registration is open until Dec. 1. Training begins next year.
