Pedestrian hit, killed by truck in Northern Kentucky

CARROLLTON, Ky. - A Northern Kentucky pedestrian was struck and killed by a truck in Carrollton Monday morning.
Kentucky State Police say Larry Moscoe, 71, of Carrollton was attempting to cross Highland Avenue when he was hit by a truck driven by Lance Maiden, 23, also of Carrollton.
Moscoe was transported to the Carroll County Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to officials.
No other details on the accident are available at this time.
The incident remains under investigation by police.
