BURLINGTON, Ky. - Police arrested a Northern Kentucky man for allegedly sexually molesting a 15-year-old girl over the course of several months last year.
Police issued a search warrant on the home and car of Richard (Ricky) Fornash Jr., 32, of Burlington, Ky. He was arrested around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Police say the abuse began in July of 2012 and ended in December. He allegedly showed the victim pornographic material and provided her alcohol.
Fornash Jr. is charged with five counts of rape, six counts of sodomy, six counts of sexual abuse, one count of unlawful transaction with a minor, and two counts of distribution of obscene matter to a minor.
Investigators say additional charges are likely.
