Judge to ex-commissioner: Prison may help you lose weight

CINCINNATI - Interesting sentiment from a judge to former Butler County Commissioner Michael Fox: prison might help you lose some weight.
Fox's sentencing is in March, but Tuesday Fox went to court to ask for a delay because of his health problems. But U.S. District Court Judge Sandra Beckwich told him he may benefit from time behind bars without the "access to excess calories." She also noted that Fox has put on 60 more pounds.
Fox will likely get a four year sentence for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and filing a false tax return.
