Warren County Deputy back on the job after OVI charge

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A Warren County deputy is back on the job after being charged with an O-V-I.
Charles McIntosh, was charged with O-V-I and convicted with reckless operation last year. In early January 2010, McIntosh lost his job due to the reckless operation conviction.
McIntosh is now back on the job, but is not receiving back pay.
