OXFORD, Ohio - Butler County was one of the hardest hit parts of the Tri-state during Wednesday's winter storm.

The snow piled up in Oxford as crews worked to clear city streets.

Parts of Butler County saw as much as 6 inches of snow Wednesday. Much more than they saw at any point last winter.

"We got more snow in one day than we did all last year," said Lynnie House.

House works for a landscaping company that removes snow during the winter.

While the work is hard, employees say they're happy to have the snow.

"I'm happy to see it so we get paychecks," said Will Karrow.

Some Oxford businesses closed early Wednesday due to the snow.
