MORROW, Ohio - For more than a decade, Amy Campbell added to her collection of jewelry. In one swift act, thieves stole not only thousands of dollars in jewelry, but also years of memories as well.

"This entire dresser was wiped clean," said Campbell in her bedroom.

Campbell says the thieves broke into a side door and got inside her garage while she was at work last Friday.. They then popped a lock to get into the kitchen but passed up an iPad and iPod that were on the counter.

Campbell said she believes someone knew what they were looking for when they entered her house.  Among some of the rings taken was a ring given to her by her grandmother, a ring given to her by her husband when the two were dating at the age of 16 and an antique from the 1920s.

"It has an Art Deco set and it has triangular sapphires on each side and its approximate value is $4,000," Campbell said.

She is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. She made reward notices and placed them at neighboring stores and bars.

"I want them to know how much they hurt me," Campbell said. "They've deflated my heart and taken things away from me that I'm not going to get back."

A neighbor saw a dark SUV leave her driveway when the theft happened.  A store clerk also reported seeing a dark SUV that circled many times.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office collected finger prints at the scene but it may take a while for a match to be found.

In the meantime, anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.
